30-day refund
If lantv isn’t for you, ask within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back — no questions and no form to fill in. This is our own promise on top of your legal right to withdraw, and it does not shorten it.
Your key arrives by email
The license key is sent to you as soon as payment clears. The email is for delivery and refunds — lantv itself still has no accounts.
One quiet exception to “nothing leaves the house”
The app talks to exactly one server — ours — to check for updates and confirm your license. It sends the app version, your OS, your processor type, an anonymous code for your computer and your licence key; never your films, folders or devices. The switch to turn update checks off is in the app, on the Server page.
