REFUNDS
30 days. One email. No questions.
If lantv isn’t for you, ask within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back. You don’t have to give a reason, and there is no form — the email below is the whole process.
Send it from the address you bought with. Sending it is all that is required — nothing about your installation changes until we reply.
Nothing opened? Your computer has no mail app set up — send it from wherever you read email instead:
I am withdrawing from my purchase of lantv and would like a refund. Licence key (from your purchase email): Order or receipt reference, if you have it:
What happens next
You hear back
Within five working days, usually sooner — the same person who answers support.
The money returns the way it came
The refund goes to the card you paid with, for the full amount you were charged, VAT included. Banks typically show it within about ten working days of it being issued.
The licence stops working
A refunded key is switched off — the app tells you it has been revoked and goes back to the licence screen. Your films and folders are untouched: they were always yours, on your disk, and lantv never had them.
Nothing else to cancel
There is no subscription behind the purchase and no account to close. The refund is the whole undoing.
The legal part, in plain words
Your right of withdrawal
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Our 30 days is a promise on top of that right — it never replaces or shortens it, and you can invoke either with the same one email.
The 30 days is ours to honour
It is longer than the statute on purpose: a refund nobody has to argue for is cheaper than the argument, and a customer who leaves without friction is one who might come back.
Something broken, rather than not for you?
Support can probably fix it — most refund-shaped problems turn out to be a television that needs the numbered address. Either way, the 30 days doesn’t stop ticking any slower for asking.
